Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to fulfill the organization's hiring needs, especially in the engineering, business operations, and office operations roles
  • Utilize specialized engineering knowledge to screen and evaluate candidates for technical competency and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, potential candidates, and documenting processes
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance the quality of hires and efficiency of the recruitment cycle
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
  • Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
     

 

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Bachelor's degree in CE / CS / ME / EE / Mechatronics or other engineering fields, Business fields with strong experience in Technical Recruitment can be considered.
  • Strong understanding of engineering terms, concepts, and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to Explain issues clearly and simply, both orally and in writing.
  • Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, accurate, with high attention to detail
  • People-oriented, results-driven, and solution-focused, with the ability to prioritize and complete activities both individually and as a team
  • Open and friendly personality, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Collaborate to achieve team goals, with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
